Okay, so I have finished watching the kdrama and I loved it! But I am confused about a few things and hoped someone could help me out :) First one is about the supposed death of KMY's mother. Because we first saw a scene where KMY let her mother drown and this would be how she died, but later we discovered that this was wrong. Is this just a nightmare then? Or maybe a metaphor for how she feels about her mother's death? Secondly, we do see how KMY's father killed her mother and both the father and KMY witnessed her death. Then how is it possible that the mother did not die??? I'm so confused??

I was trying to offer another pov on their drinking problem, but I do agree that they drink a lot in kdramas rn and that also really frustrates me. This problem also kinda reminds me of the critiques for a lot of American shows with the unnecessary amount of sex..
A lot of people are complaining about the high alcohol consumption, and while I do agree that it can be very problematic (especially for younger people who think it's okay to drink so much or feel pressured to drink as much), I can understand why they chose to let the main characters drink so much. A lot of people with mental disorders like depression and PTSS do struggle with alcohol problems, so it is possible the mc's drink to also forget about their mental problems. I really hope that this is the case and that they'll discuss this problem further in the show :)

The most important question for the people in this kdrama to ask is why he would ever kill that woman? Like I literally can't think of a single reason why he would ever want to kill her, there are no motives given, so I don't understand why the judge and media aren't wondering why he would ever want to kill her🤔🤔
