Thank you for passing on this info! Though my heart is way too invested at this point to turn back it's still good to have an idea what the director's plan is regarding it!
One of my favourites are phone conversations. How they nearly always hang up without saying goodbye or rather, how they rarely set up a meeting place/time and just... magically appear together in the next scene? I've been managing to suspend disbelief by presuming they text each other such things haha
I think what the writer was going for here was contrast with the two main leads, Hwan Ki and Ro Woon. They're both two complete, extreme opposites on the same spectrum but I think that's the point? There's a lot to clash with, and I can see how it could be annoying or just downright uncomfortable for some viewers, but I also see a lot of potential for character development in them both, and we do have 16 hours left after all. That aside neither of the two are unrealistic either: they can and do exist in real life. My advice would be not to watch this if you can't deal with too much flaw in your characters, but personally I'm looking forward to seeing all these developments bear fruit.
You're definitely not alone! Episode counts have been known to put me off several series, and heck, I often struggle to finish the standard 16-21 episode runs! (Mainly because I often lose interest in the last few episodes and have to force myself to continue onwards, instead of getting distracted by shiny, new series... I'm shamefully fickle.)
It's definitely easier to keep up with series which are currently airing however - even if it can get painful at times if you get totally into it!
I love the build-up of relationships between all the characters. It's a bit strange when I stop and think and realise that you know what... there isn't really a plot, but the fact that it's all based on the development of relationships and how they all interact with each other is both refreshing and enjoyable - for me at least!
You know what's going to happen now, right? Instead of having two episodes in one week to wrap up the drama, we're now going to have to wait an EXTRA week for just the last one... And if things keep going as they have been, that extra week might actually kill me.
(Sorry! I didn't get any notifications telling me that someone had replied!)
There are only 3 episodes in total unfortunately. I've watched them all. I guess you could say the ending is...one of the more open ones, without spoiling too much.
Turkish delight, all the way <3 It's definitely a favourite of mine. Only the rose flavoured one though! (The other ones are still nice, but rose is the best.) It's seems to be a Marmite for a lot of people but I looooove it - especially in chocolate!
What-... What even... WHAT?!!! The first two episodes were awesome. The third episode was a disappointment, but I could handle that: nearly every drama has its down points. But the fourth....?
I DON'T EVEN-!!!!
Words fail me. I don't know what's what any more. That was a total trainwreck! I've never been so shocked.

It's probably too late now but I think I used this one: http://kissasian.com/Drama/Heroine-Disqualified/Movie?id=24907 . I clearly remember having to deal with seeing more than just one set of subtitles on the screen at once.
