After rewatching i read some parts of the novel also (i'm down bad for real). This drama is like a good wine that leaves a strong after taste. I can't help but always recall their wedding oaths and those iconic love qrts every now and then. I started to watch it as i wanted a rom com just to pass my time. I never thought it would give me the impact of those timeless classics. ( the love qrts are extremely heart touching and i remember every single one cz some qrts are exactly the same in the novel) . Now i get why the viewership ratings got higher and higher day by day . The plot developed and it is a good development without fluctuations in the middle . The starting episodes may not be super exciting but it gets so good after 6th or 7th episode. And i want to add here in my Pov it touched many target audiences cz it is not only a romance centric drama the warmth of family surrounding their love life is so beautifully added to the story. In simple terms it is a complete package cz i love it because it feels so realistic as a family oriented person myself. And the realitic potrayal of life ( this is tearjerking but it is true cz i have experienced it myself ) it hits differently when you see it in a drama (in a good way ). It will not be so impressive for me if they sugar coated those realistic aspects of life . I like this realism and i know many mature ppl like it as well. I hope to see this trend continues in cdramas more in future

I started rewatching . I still can't get enough of the last 4 episodes. So after rewatching those i'm going to binge watch all the 29 episodes. 😍

Understandable cz she is still young . Besides when it comes to love even the most rational ppl become somewhat childish.

These little theater clips are so underrated . I really love how they act naturally without even following a script. That is why it feels so real. And the cute gigles . I'm melting . i hope they keep the two of them interacting on screen same time rather than one is recording and other one is talking.

Same he looks like someone who doesn't belong to the mere mortals ngl.

Popular opinion - they look like a real couple (applies to me too after watching all that steamy scenes . They aren't even a lil bit awkward towards each other and seem so comfortable .
I usually skip these type of scenes cuz these are so cringey in typical cdramas but well i do have double standards. Those sexy lips , lip mole and the hungry eyes will be the end of me . The way lzx avoid it with a lil nose pat goddammit they came here to end me istg. Plz recommend me if there any collabs between them that i don't know yet cz i'm still new to cent news) in story wise i felt somewhat difficult to understand lzx and why she got mad at gw when he was speaking about a fact. I agree with him that even in a relationship there must be a personal limit otherwise it will easily lead you into unnecessary conflicts damaging the mutual trust between them. I get that she is still adjusting to the age gap and the maturity gap between him and her and she is so understanding . But the 3rd parties really do influence badly towards her feelings about ML. I want san san out from the big picture soon 🤐

I bet the comment section is going to exceed 10k in no time . Totally deserve the hype. my mom was looking at me with concerning eyes when i was smiling and squeezing my pillow while waching these two love birds make out. The way this drama doesn't even contain a single cringey moment as i expected from it before. I'm pleasantly suprised and 29 episodes aren't going to make up for my yearn for them. (If it was another rom com as usual i'd probably say 29 is too much but not here). I like how gu wei make it clear with his parents about lzx. I have a feeling that his parents are not that typical doctor couple who are strictly against any woman but a lady doctor for their son. Love how they only concern about the age gap of the two ppl and about nothing else. It is pretty realistic to patents to judge the girl and her matuarity by her age since she is not graduated yet. They may be concerned about gu wei since it's his 1st love affaire and the girl will be clingy despite the busy schedule gu wei has to follow as a surgeon. In their POV they try to hook him up with a doctor based on the typical opinion "same kind of ppl can understand each other well" therefore i can empathise with them and going to put up with them for now. I'm pretty sure when they see how mature and understanding lzx about gw's profession they are going to welcome her with open hands. Wahh plz i love this sm. I rarely watch cdramas but this is unique and so life like . They should make more of this genre other than stick on to unrealistic and repetitive dramas.

I find it too . lol he should take more modern dramas once in a while. So that perfect handsome looks will not be wasted

I'm just here to put my opinion about the generic aspect of Tool . Tbh the characters which is
Ml is a doctor may seem generic to many onlookers. But here it seems to be a more realistic way to make a bond between ML and FL . Cz i see that they
have used this characters to avoid trying the most overuse technique to make main chatacters meet through whole series of coincidences which is in my opinion less realistic. In this case doctor and parient's daughter relationship is not that much common either

I think we can still be patient about the rating thing because it has just started .more to come and many people are yet to know about the drama. I haven' watch yamg more than 5 episodes so i don't know if these two dramas are having any common grounds to compare. It is better we can enjoy this drama without concerning about other dramas cz some people may twist your words to down grade this drama . 🤗 happy watching

Ikr . Many prople rate high for such dramas with repetitive plot and toxic ML who abuses FL . I don't know if they find it as love or may be they think it is hot of him to do so . In my case the wooden toxic mL is a walking red flag. Why people can't enjoy a healthy relationship it ain't a crime to be gentle and understanding to his woman.

I friggin love this drama . Purely i attracted to it by a youtube vedio the two leads singing it's ost !! Omg that gave me butterflies. Last time i enjoyed my type cp is "strong woman do bong soon" . Lemme tell you this cp even surpassed my all time fav 🤭 don't mind me if i sound like a maniac when they staring and smiling at each other ahh it does things to me . Then about the plot i love the ML is not a overly consumed ice king who almost perfect from every aspect. This is not a drama where the ideal cold boy who purposely nitpick on FL to get her attention and then make her love him. Truth to be told he is not the cliche ML who is cold and warm inside . He is imperfect since he going through a mental crisis and he
has unique combination of all the traits of ML's in rom coms i have watched so far (warm, kind, understanding,caring,funny,not toxic) FL is also to my liking she is not overly cute and dependent towards ML. No toxic relationship between them. I really recommend this drama if you are looking for a mature themed romance to take a rest from all those draggy too common plots

Loved their unexpected chemistry. When i first saw the leads i never knew imma about to root for them. I kinda like the storyline since it is unique and they were funny . But sometimes i was somewhat uncomfortable about the quick mood swing of the ML because the second FL . It kind of disturbed from FL 's POV feelings about him . I prefer if the conflicts were minimal and the distrust of ML towards FL in the first episode. However it was iverall okay since the character development of ML was on point . I like it so much

My all time fav. How light hearted and smooth flow without any boaring scenes. I hope they make a season 2
