I feel they should have kept it simple with an old crush, college senior or ex, instead of the whole brother/step brother equation. The plot would have made a lot more sense.
You know what, they can show the censored bromance version for People watching in mainland China and show the bl version to the rest of the world, IF there is a censored and bl version to the show

While watching the show, i found many instances where Kiyoi helps Hira out of situations wherein he was being pushed by others. I think the personality of the character kiyoi is such that he doesn't outright come off as a good guy or a decent guy.. he maintains the coolest , most popular guy of school image still doing a thing or two right. Idk, but i kinda feel this is very close to reality, becoz in school, we all experience a kind of love where in we don't really think about our self esteem being crushed.. that feeling where you want to do anything to be close that crush of yours, just like how Hira thinks that during holidays he won't be able to see Kiyoi.. Maybe becoz at that age not everyone develops a personality of there own which they would like to protect and defend, they are very innocent and willing. There are people like Kiyoi, Hira and those bully kids in very class, at least here in Asia, it's very common.. not defending bullying in any way, just saying.. Kiyoi himself was bullied a little by the guys.. it's just the way he dealt with it made the difference and the guys ended up apologizing him at farewell. I think most ppl who bully during school, end up regretting it after school, those are kids trying to be cool and funny in a very uncool manner.
Oh I'm going to miss them all so much!! Each character was soo endearing 💕 For all those ppl worrying that it has an open ending, like you would feel the lack of closure.... It's completely wrong.. the series ended beautifully. But yes, there may be a season 2, coz of that one scene with the teacher.
P.s. Saebit boys' high school council members are really bad party planners.. 😂😂 surprisingly, Tae was the only sensible one during those sequences

"You make me dance" was of 15 mins each episode, while the previous one's were 10-11 mins. This time at least make it 20, please! Anything less for a historical drama will not do justice to the plot
