Nobody's talking about Shin Jae Ha which makes sense when you have Ji Soo on the screen ;) Still, I love that…
Haha, same! I love both boys but I have a feeling that SLS will hit this time around. He's just too attractive - both through his looks and through his indignant responses and seemingly uncaring attitude.
Nobody's talking about Shin Jae Ha which makes sense when you have Ji Soo on the screen ;) Still, I love that boy. He's one of those actors that really gets my attention because of the way he acts. It's hard to explain but his acting makes him seem really cute. The flower thing was also absolutely adorable. ;D
If Kang Mo-yeon was a real person, she totally would have had sex with the hospital CEO in the second episode,…
You think that it's an 'opportunity' that women should 'seize'? That's absolutely demeaning to women, not only in Asia, but all around the world. Everyone's entitled to his/her own opinion and as for myself I'm absolutely disgusted with your attitude towards the way in which women should succeed, because let me tell you, that's not the way 'real life works' at all. A 'win'-win 'situation'. Smh. Yeah right. A strong woman, as portrayed through Kang Mo Yeon in this drama, makes her way on her own. Through hard work and perseverance does she succeed, not through being used by and using men.
I'm gonna give this show a few more weeks before watching it. Episode 1 was meh. There were some cool parts and…
Honestly, when you're a soldier who doesn't see girls that often you can begin to love someone that quickly. By watching their mannerisms and the way they talk you can get a pretty full impression of someone pretty fast. Their profession can also say a lot about them and I feel like he was attracted to the fact that she saved people. Also he probably wants to find a girl that's right for him and marry her eventually. His motive isn't some stupid little crush that he knows won't go through or isn't based off of something unnatural as it is in most kdramas.
Perhaps, however, I'm just being biased because Song Joong Ki's acting is pretty on point. So, I understand where you're coming from.
I totally ship Wang Chi Ang and Sun Ah. The main couple's really cute too, but I think that Chi Ang and Sun Ah actually have more chemistry. The end of ep 8 was especially touching. You can tell whose feelings have shifted where.
she is not pretty or beautiful or goddess. Beauty is in the eye of beholder. Everytime they say she is pretty…
I definitely don't agree with your general statement but I do have a response to "problem is when they make her some form of beauty in the script do not make sense" to this drama in particular. It actually does make a lot of sense since pretty much everyone who's saying she's pretty is part of the experiment. Therefore your argument is completely invalid even if you didn't get into the whole discussion about what beauty is, and what opinions are right about beauty. The way I see it nothing should be bothering you about this drama because everyone who's saying she's pretty (at least here) at the given moment are doing so because they want to raise her affection for them or whatever.
In addition, your main comment and your 1st sub-comment concern two totally different things.
Just wanted to point that out, haha.
Ok I'm getting reaaaaaaaallly irritated by the elder son who is all about me and my wife, his idiot doormat wife…
I agree so much with you. I'm continuously shocked by the way that the elder son's mother in law is acting towards San Ok. She's so two-faced it's unbelievable. I also have zero respect for Hyeong Gyu, the most self centered son I've ever seen. How can he be so subservient towards his mother in law who's constantly talking trash about his own mom. I'm disgusted by their behavior. What's so wrong with teaching a daughter in law how to cook properly...I for one don't think she's being horrible at all.
Hong Bin's character is annoying to the nth power! Gracious, he ruins everything lol. Lee Hyun Woo's character…
Really? I feel like both of them kind of need to grow up. Hong Bin's character is kind of like a spoiled little child, while Lee Hyun Woo's character is a rude brat. Hong Bin's character is cute though and I think that being rude like pretty much always is worse than being spoiled - both are super annoying qualities though.
I'm guessing there will be a lot of character development though. They really need it, haha.
I felt a lonely sort of sadness and pain in episode 18.
Still, I have hope that Deok Sun will come back for the ring, ponder on his confession, and realize that there was a good deal of truth behind what he played off as a 'joke'.
I don't have much to say about the KMHM and Healer issues because everyone else seems to have discussed those things to death. XP
However, I do appreciate that Reply 1988 got some recognition because it is a VERY good drama. You should all check it out.
I never know how to feel about Goong, it was good to me. I liked the main leads together, despised Ji Hyo's character…
It's honestly just so hard to describe because I despised Ji Hyo's character too, hated when the the misunderstandings that the main leads constantly had, didn't like the annoying second lead, and knew that it was super draggy. STILL, I'm not sure what it is - maybe the chemistry between the leads, or the time period it was set in, or the concept, but I really do love it. Analytically speaking I gave it a much lower score than I would have holistically - It's on my top favorite dramas list EVEN though it's the only one that doesn't have a 9 or 10 score - because there's just something about it that really makes me love it.
I'm actually kind of annoyed that Hyeong Soon was let off so easily - I mean even though we do know that he doesn't have feelings towards Eng Do he still shouldn't behave that way. I mean he's not a little kid and he still thought that that kiss was a joke? ...
I agree with pretty much everything on this list except for Goong - loved that when I first watched it and still do to this day (although I do acknowledge its many flaws)!

Wow. Just wooowww. Never before have I seen bromance this strong.
