I am honestly one of the first people that says that most sex scenes are unnecessary, but i was absolutely okay…
I agree, hes a narcissist. The drama pinpoints a lot of the traits in the perpetrators that are similar to the mc. But because he hides behind the cape of being a “hero” he is able to justify his actions, when he is simply a serial murderer.
bloody hell is this the first time people seen a nude scene ...why such a big reaction...i havent watched the…
I think it was necessary and good for character development. It how he distracts himself, by reminiscing on an act where he was able to get away without his girlfriend knowing he cheated. It foreshadows that he will get away with this crime too!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this kdrama. It was an easy watch that didn’t leave me bored. I like the connections between each case and the quick cuts to show different transitions were pulled off nicely. The ending tied everything off too. Its a 9/10 watch for me!!
Still watching this and for a paraplegic, this cop lady is the most foolish human on earth. First off, who meets…
I think the reason she continued to do that was that she liked him, despite all the terrible things he had done to her. You can see that with her remembering how it felt to swim in the air while sleeping and her keeping the lollipops he would throw at her. Definitely, lacks common sense but it shows the foolishness of love and being touch deprived.
does the drama diverge from the manhwa a lot? would it be worth it reading ahead to know what happens after the…
Not sure if you’ve decided to read the webtoon yet but i’ve been an avid reader for the past few years so I can explain. Season 1 of the drama is the prequel, apart from a few scenes, the rest weren’t part of the webtoon. Its basically Shi euns backstory. The webtoon focuses on what happens to Shi eun after these events. As someone who read the webtoon first, I loved the drama as I had always been interested in Gray & Stephens relationship so it was nice to have a back story. I’m looking forward to any sequel because, my favourite character is Donald Na and i’m interested to see what they’ll do with that.
I have a few theories, I feel like Hee seops brother is a commie? maybe thats the connection he has to the student teacher that was first killed. It makes sense for him to have shown up in the blue hat at the teahouse. The brother could have possibly been the person who phoned her and perhaps, that was why he asked Hee seop to check if her lights were still on while she was at the inn?
There must be a reason why Mi sook has a hold over the tom boyish bully? I wonder if the bully’s mother is in the care of the hospital where Mi Sook’s parents work? Also, given how cold and self-righteous Mi Sooks family are I wonder if the Mother has a role in these murders? We’ve seen how easy it was for Min su to be released from custody - their family are well connected.
It feels too obvious to say Mi sook is the murderer. But we are shown consistently how she uses your vulnerabilities to gain power. I want to say that she knows who the killer is? Also, why did Misook have all that money outside of the student teachers inn?
Moreover, the show focuses a lot on Mi sook reaching for her necklace, both in older and younger form, is this foreshadowing a potential clue?
I look forward to the upcoming episodes. I want to find out why the ML father and grandfather dislike each other later on given the good relationship they have now? Why did the FL mother pretend she doesn’t like to read, could this tie in with the match box messages?
I also like her.. And was thinking why she became so cold in her original life? She had a relationship with real…
Very interesting to see how the director interprets this. I believe both existed within the same timeline, earlier episodes reveal Dojun’s mother wanting answers over his death, with everyone else in the room not sharing information almost as if they were all in on it together - we also see, Sungjoon in agony over possibly finding out what his father had done.
Many people here hated the FL yesterday because of 'believing the false tip'. No one praises her today because…
I think the directors intentions were to showcase her naive and innocent personality when Dojun was alive. But, then to contrast the changes she experienced after Dojun’s death. Thats why ML saw her as a strong, dutiful and aggressive prosecutor fighting against Soonyang in the original storyline / unbeknown that she had been fighting for answers over Dojuns death.
I KNOW ROMANCE WAS NOT THE CENTRE BUT —Hee Woo x Hee Ah endgame!😭 I didn't wait 8 weeks for this to happen!…
I was a Hee Woo x Han Mi shipper too. I mean, for him to have travelled back to the past and Han Mi be the first familiar face he remembers, was this not a sign from the gods?
I very rarely log in, but had to because of the last two episodes. I guess the premise was to leave the ending open, to let the audience ponder upon on what is to come next. However, that fell completely short and instead left quite a rushed and unsatisfactory ending. I think it started to go down hill when Hee Woo revealed the truth, that he was behind everything, it just wasn’t the time for that yet? Moreover, the live debate was just stupid. There was so much potential in the script to change and improve on the original novel, but what we were given was a complete waste of weeks of waiting, to be served a dish of bland food. We see nothing being settled, a total lack of a back story for some of the main characters and we see the bad guys yet again defy the law with connections and money. Whilst this may parallel reality, to a viewer it is as if all the past 14 episodes were an absolute waste. I only hope that there is another season to answer all the questions I have and to deliver the rightful justice to those who have committed such treacherous crimes.
Thoroughly enjoyed the drama, watched it again after having dropped it. So close to being perfect but felt it could have been better if we were given more time to see all the inmates lives after leaving prison.
