Nothing legally. The drama MIGHT get shelved for awhile or they will change the actor out and he MIGHT get blacklisted but in the past like Lee Geung Young for example who was blacklisted for r wording a child, got blacklisted for 10 years and now gets roles again.

But it all depends on the SK public really. If he gets enough hate no ones gonna risk hiring him again. Maybe he will off himself from pressure too or disappear from the public. Or maybe nothing will happen. Only time will tell.

It won't happen for a few reasons. 1) During their time the legal age was 13 so since it was during that time I dont think they can do anything. 2) Since it happened kinda awhile ago and the most important witness is deceased, the case would fail. 3) South Korea doesn't take cases like these seriously, especially since hes so rich and famous he could probably bribe his way out of it ngl.
