I came to the conclusion that every time they go through the portal, they see a glimpse of their other-self. Hence why Tae Eul saw Luna in ep1 and the reason Seo Ryong seen her counterpart when the uncle cross.

I really find it strange that they are making a movie with new people ( like we didn't sit here and got use to this cast) and just keeping the male lead. To me that's very selfish and i feel sorry for the other casts who put their heart and soul into this just as well
Let me first start off and say that I'm happy that Puff is back (it's been a year) since I seen her in a drama.
I have been following this drama progress through Instagram and seeing the pictures is making me more excited. Once Love You, Sad Forever is the name i seen on Instagram for this
Boy meets bad acting. I don't know if this is a tween thing where they make the girls over act in Asian dramas and it's always the girls why??? I came after reading the manga and the female lead there wasn't really annoying but here my god. Dear Writers and Directors just because the manga commercialize moments that only fit in fake land doesn't mean you have to put it in there its makes them look weird. I don't want to bash it too much just because of the acting, the pace is nice and I like the apartment other than that if you like cheesy and I mean cheesy storylines this drama is for you. Just don't throw rocks at me if you don't like it
This movie had potential of being good . But the story was rush, they really didn't flesh out the characters well. I had to re-watch it like five times just to write this review. Just know that Seol Rang Deok Ki and Poong Chun had the 3 Great Swords and seol rang and deok ki betrayed Poong Chun and Tea.

Poong Chun wanted to fight for the people but the king was having none of that, either you fight for him or i killed your family and the people (the king lived up to his promise and killed everybody outside his walls) Seeing this angered Poong Chul and he started to attack the king gaurds. Deok ki cut in to block his attack and they started fighting. Poong Chun was seconds from delivering the death blow to Deok. Seol rang step in and stab (Poong) to prevent him for killing deok ki. Then deok ki stop the king guard from killing Poong family and turned around and killed his wife and baby daughter Hong ki ?????????
(Are you already confuse, so was I).
Okay now that the back story establish, here is the tricky part. Seol rang riddle with guilt decided to raise Hong ki to get revenge for her father ( Poong) death and tell her she has to kill seol rang and deok ki at the age of 20. After years of training Hong ki felt that she is ready and set out into town to fight. That's when she was discovered by deok ki. He noticed that her fighting and looks is similar too that of seol rang.
Okay skipping along (The movie did alot of skipping, more than we did as children) when Hong ki went back home she discovered that the lady who was raising was her was her enemy all along, seol rang and the man she ran into was deok ki. Shock and dismayed at the betrayal Hong ki couldn't bring herself to kill seol rang (she was a mother to her after all) so she went and got drunk met a hottie and went to fight deok ki got beat up. (more stuff happen i just giving out the good stuff) Seol rang got captured by deok ki men when she went to save Hong ki. Deok ki discover that Seol is blind and share confusing speaking words (like they was telling a inside joke that we was privy too) and the one that cause silence is seol rang saying that she there to die with him.(Shit is about to go down)
Seol Rang teacher nurse Hung Ki back to health and trained her, during one her their spar match the Teacher sent the stick flying (on purpose) and tell her to go find it. While this is happening we switch back to Seol Rang and Deok ki to him sying that's not Hong ki he killed her and she don't have Poong Chun eyes. She raise an orphan to be Hong Ki. Seol rang Scoffs at this and said then who eyes does poong chun daughter has. He left her after that and went in his room to stew. Now we back to Hong ki she found the stick and there she discovers a grave.
The teacher ask her do she want to know and when she find out she will be angry.
That's when we find out that Hong Ki indeed did die and she is Seol Rang daughter Seol hee
(if that not fuck up i dont know what is) Deok ki look at his sword and realize that Seol hee share his eyes (You are the Father)
Okay I'm done, This review is already long. I will say this that Seol hee will need some mental help after all she discovered.
The acting was never a problem, it seems like they got good actors and gave them this fanfiction script. I did enjoy the ending scene it was beautifully shot with the snow and all. I wish they added more it seems like they cut alot out beacuse they didnt want it to be long which mess up the flow of the film. 6/10 is my rating because the acting to me was the saving grace of the film.
