a mom would rush back home if her child is alone with a stranger and she cant reach them.....she would call police and scream and quit the work because the child is priority no.1 is in danger but instead we see her 1. arguing with the manager so she can save her job while her daughter's wellbeing are unknown 2. wasting her time by talking while standing still (not rushing while still being on the phone) getting angry at child and not asking her give phone to " the adult" present since santa held the phone for the child already.
