Loved the Tasogare's short film. In just 3 minutes the story is clearly presented in front of the audience. Aesthetics, editing, music, lights, acting... all is PERFECT. Manifesting for another cooperation between WKW and XZ. It was amazing already.

The only problem is tencent included this into their summer drama list hence the anticipation (🐧using XZ's heat is true tho like many). Summer broadcast is good for more viewership mostly bcz the younger audience's in their school holidays. It's more beneficial for the Tv dramas as they can gather more younger audience around TV but it doesn't actually affect for online dramas and almost all the big dramas usually air on evening. Furthermore, viewership alone can't make a drama success and the best example is summer dramas this year (read a 👖 drama getting a lot of ads but I'm not sure).
As for the post production, historical dramas require least 1 yr post prod. (Esp those that require a lot of CGI) to look like a quality product imo. TLP finished filming Aug last yr so it's barely been a year. Xiao Zhan has a very big and stable fanbase + strong passerby attraction so it doesn't matter which month they broadcast his dramas, they'll be profitable anyway.

But I didn't see anyone bother cursing/writing essays there bcz I'm sure a lot of XZ fans were there too (including me) but didn't want to create any drama even though he was ridiculed.

Just wanted to say something. I'm sure the drama will broadcast at the right time (it's still among TC's summer drama list). To some people here, please just stop believing every single 🍉 on earth and provoked by them cuz they're mostly fake and misleading. (most importantly this drama isn't going to go against any drama. Such nonsense are created by 🍉 accounts in order to incite fanwars). At no point we were specifically informed that the drama would be released on this day that day.
