This movie was weird, not bad but weird. I came to like it after all so it's worth watching.

Is this drama a masterpice? Far behind from that.

Is it watchable? Probably yes.

Is it overrated? I believe it is.

As a conclusion, I thought this was a good drama, the only thing that made it special is the gumiho theme which made it a fusion saeguk; other than that, it was slow at some points.

I am not sure if it deserves a second season though.

Well, I didn't hate the ending but it would be nice if there was a second season only if Wul Ryung come back; he's my top character in the drama.

Your first Hong Kong film? I watched some of their films and they're pretty good probably because I like Wuxia and they're the best at it.

I finished Gu Family Book today, I am also watching Shark which is good enough, the development is a bit slow but taken as a whole the storyline is pretty interesting.

I am also watching a 30+ episodes Hong Kong drama which is a Wuxia but I doubt you would be interested in it and a 50 episodes currently airing family drama "I Summon You, Gold!", I was actually forced by my aunt and friends to watch it with them or I wouldn't have. So far, I am really enjoying this drama.

And I am so glad you're back to dramaland, I am still in the mood for Japanese drama but I started a 50 episodes family drama with my aunt and friends so they don't leave me alone :D
