Well, I wouldn't say he lost everything because at the end there was the freedom of his country which can sacrifice a lot of lives to accomplish. Then, as you said there should be something missing because life isn't perfect and will never be. I think that's the most realistic side of the story.

Well, I am watching a heavy melodrama at the moment so I wouldn't actually mind that. I heard that it have the same writer as Sorry I love You so I began to wonder that I have to cry so much like I did back then :D
