I also give actors/actresses more than a chance to judge their skills. I believe some actors improve with time while others will always be bad ones. I don't know about singers but I can't forgive the fact that people find an actor great just because he's good looking. Some people need to tell the difference between being an eyecandy and being a good actor.
So President is your top drama at the moment?
I finished The Legend and it was a pleasant watch. Now, I started a somewhat old Japanese drama with Takeshi as the male lead.
I heard this will be a mature film. Darn, I don't want Song Seung Hun to take part in a mature production. What makes the matter worse that the theme is adultery; I freaking hate cheating wives or cheating in general.
OMG! Whoever changed his pic is my hero! He looks so hot even if he's 40.
I am glad you liked the picture. About the mustache and beard; they really suit him plus that's how he looks now, the other picture was outdated (:

You shouldn't even doubt e in the first place! I m never that easy :D
No, I am the realistic one while you're the bad devil Dreamy. How come you didn't realize this until now?
I am also worried about that side. Bad acting is the reason why I fear for this drama but I am still holding a little hope so don't you dare to take that away too!
Yeah, so they're sort of mocking us or something. They subbed the two first episodes then gave up on the whole thing.
Seriously! I have nothing against subbers and I respect their work but it's either you take on the whole drama from start to finish or just don't pick it up a all! How hard can that be?!!

I saw Raise The Red Lantern way before I became Asian dramas addicts. At the matter of fact, the majority of HKC films I saw were before I became a proclaimed addict.
I thought so as well, that's why I gave up on Empress Ki even before starting it, I like Ha Ji Won and Joo Jin Moo but my hate for overrated dramas is even stronger :D
Ha Jung Woo is too darn awesome, as I said I am sold to him! Let's see, as your first encounter with him I would recommend "The Berlin File", an action-thriller and one of the better films of 2013. There's also Jun Ji Hyun as a female lead if you're familiar with her. If you liked the film or the genre didn't suit your tatse, let me know so that I can recommend you more.
So you're not watching any drama at the moment?

I am one of the people who are really harsh on Jonny's idol; as I said 90% are garbage. I blame Jonny for making the system of idol stars and somehow ruining half of Japanese entertainment. It is absolutely not fair to give a 16 year old kid who still didn't learn in any acting class a lead role, that's dumb.
Is that so? I really hate serious dramas that use romance in the most unhealthy way ever so I can feel you. But you're still enjoying most of it, right?
The Legend is certainly a fantasy drama with a historical setting. I dislike the over-use of Joseon era too, yes it's the greatest and longest era in Korean history but come on! The three Kingdoms and the Goryeo periods are interesting as hell! I wish they would focus on them more in the future.

It is preferred that the picture would be clean but if there are no other picture to replace it then we're forced to use that certain picture. It's more lenient with dramas and films' posters since they're almost never clean but as for actors' images, they should be 100% clean excepr for some cases.
Reasons why to be litterally counting minutes until this comes out:
1) Collaboration between China, Japan and Korea.
2) The master John Woo is the director.
3) Tony, Takeshi, Zhang Ziyi and Song Hye Kyo.
4) Tony and Takeshi!
5) Takeshi, he's back darn it!
I am really a great fan of this ahjussi's acting and charisma. He's amazing!

I am afraid I haven't seen him in anything. I plan to watch Orthros no Inu soon so I will get a chance to meet him. Is he a Jonny's idol? If that's the case then I won't disagree with those who question his acting skills because 90% of Jonny's are horrible actors.
There's a strong love line in a political drama? That must be bad! I just hope that they stop using romance for the sake of attracting people, it's stupid. If the plot doesn't need romance then don't include it!
You mean "The Legend"? Did I mention that I will give up on sageuk for good? I've been pushing and pulling this drama ever since summer and now, I am in the right mood to watch it after I finished Sugarless (which is pretty much like Crows Zero if you've seen it). The main reason I am watching The Legend is because of its writer, one of my personal faves. It's mainly a fantasy and not set in Joseon (thank the lord!). The first episode was alright but I will be looking forward to the rest of it.

Non, surtout pas prochainement. Je suis satisfaite de mon rythme. J'ai finit Sugarless et maintenant je m'en occupe de "The Legend", c'est un bon changement même si c'est un peu long.
Ah bon? C'est quoi le meilleur pour toi?

I also hate ecchi, harem and reverse harem so I understand what you mean. I like action but not mystery in animes.
Zhang Yimmou also has great astounding visuals; have you seen his "Curse of The Golden Flower"? Let's not forget his Hero and House of Flying Daggers, the guy does visuals so well! But I agree that Kar Wai is more sentimental with his work.
Not only Ashes of time, many people just don't understand Kai War's works. Once someone asked me what I liked about "In The Mood for Love", in their opinion nothing happened during the whole film, it was confusing throughout and a complete waste of time. I was like: "Are you sure we watched the same piece of work?" LOL!
Impressive film and one of the best revenge productions' I ever saw. Nothing less from Nakashima who's very good at writing and directing attractive films.
