I am one of the people who are really harsh on Jonny's idol; as I said 90% are garbage. I blame Jonny for making the system of idol stars and somehow ruining half of Japanese entertainment. It is absolutely not fair to give a 16 year old kid who still didn't learn in any acting class a lead role, that's dumb.

Is that so? I really hate serious dramas that use romance in the most unhealthy way ever so I can feel you. But you're still enjoying most of it, right?

The Legend is certainly a fantasy drama with a historical setting. I dislike the over-use of Joseon era too, yes it's the greatest and longest era in Korean history but come on! The three Kingdoms and the Goryeo periods are interesting as hell! I wish they would focus on them more in the future.

It is preferred that the picture would be clean but if there are no other picture to replace it then we're forced to use that certain picture. It's more lenient with dramas and films' posters since they're almost never clean but as for actors' images, they should be 100% clean excepr for some cases.

Reasons why to be litterally counting minutes until this comes out:
1) Collaboration between China, Japan and Korea.
2) The master John Woo is the director.
3) Tony, Takeshi, Zhang Ziyi and Song Hye Kyo.
4) Tony and Takeshi!
5) Takeshi, he's back darn it!

And I don't even care if this is a romance!

I am afraid I haven't seen him in anything. I plan to watch Orthros no Inu soon so I will get a chance to meet him. Is he a Jonny's idol? If that's the case then I won't disagree with those who question his acting skills because 90% of Jonny's are horrible actors.

There's a strong love line in a political drama? That must be bad! I just hope that they stop using romance for the sake of attracting people, it's stupid. If the plot doesn't need romance then don't include it!

You mean "The Legend"? Did I mention that I will give up on sageuk for good? I've been pushing and pulling this drama ever since summer and now, I am in the right mood to watch it after I finished Sugarless (which is pretty much like Crows Zero if you've seen it). The main reason I am watching The Legend is because of its writer, one of my personal faves. It's mainly a fantasy and not set in Joseon (thank the lord!). The first episode was alright but I will be looking forward to the rest of it.

Non, surtout pas prochainement. Je suis satisfaite de mon rythme. J'ai finit Sugarless et maintenant je m'en occupe de "The Legend", c'est un bon changement même si c'est un peu long.

Ah bon? C'est quoi le meilleur pour toi?

I also hate ecchi, harem and reverse harem so I understand what you mean. I like action but not mystery in animes.

Zhang Yimmou also has great astounding visuals; have you seen his "Curse of The Golden Flower"? Let's not forget his Hero and House of Flying Daggers, the guy does visuals so well! But I agree that Kar Wai is more sentimental with his work.

Not only Ashes of time, many people just don't understand Kai War's works. Once someone asked me what I liked about "In The Mood for Love", in their opinion nothing happened during the whole film, it was confusing throughout and a complete waste of time. I was like: "Are you sure we watched the same piece of work?" LOL!

I see you dropped Empress Ki, why?

Impressive film and one of the best revenge productions' I ever saw. Nothing less from Nakashima who's very good at writing and directing attractive films.

I know right? Can't they all get along and give us a peace of mind? :p

Of course I like the Heian, it's the classic age of Japanese history and I am glad that there's an interesting taiga about it. However, the lack of subtitles ruin all the joy!

So you're in political dramas' mood? The President Huh? I believe it's a Korean drama about the clashes in the political world? That should be interesting to you, I suppose.

As for me, I am focusing on movies but I started watching a Japanese drama bout high school fighting and all. It's a nice change of mood (:

I watch everything in anime but I think Shounen and everything about Action is my favorite. What about you?

Wong Kai War is a genius director, seriously! But I must say that I like his HK movies way better than his Hollywood produced ones. While Wong Kai War's type of movies (romance) isn't what I actually prefer in films' industry, I still enjoy his masterpieces very well. However, I must prefer other HKC directors over him: Zhang Yimou, the master, Jhon Woo and Jonny To are serious personal favorites. Kai War is also a favorite but he comes after the ones I mentioned.

I see you finished Ashes of Time, what did you think of it?

I know that and believe me, I am enjoying this phase, it's only that I don't want to drift away for good. Luckily, I started a short Japanese dramas about fighting and all, it's like Crows Zero only the latter is better.

I am not anime freak but I watch them with moderation when I am in the right mood. I always have two or three ongoing animes that I have to keep following though. What about you?

I see what you mean, just let me about it when you decide to watch it. Of course I am! If I don't understand you then who will?
