I actually tend to watch more Japanese movies than Korean movies when I watch them. A lot have been horror movies, though, and I am not sure if you like those. :p However, I do know some good non horror ones, too. My favorite movies are the Death Note movies. They are not like the anime when it comes to violence or horror and they are really awesome! Also, both Nana movies are excellent. You will probably really like those. Sakuran is one of my favorites, but it may be a little bit mature and you mentioned you don't like that, but it's still good. Oooo there is also Moon Child and Kamikaze Girls, too. Both are really good! Kamikaze Girls is a bot crazy but in a good way. :-) Hmmmmm....why won't my brain work tonight? Hahaha. I would just say start out with Nana movies, and see how you like them. :-)

Yeah, the waiting gets on my nerves too, so that's why I just wait until I can watch it at my own pace. :-)

I am really liking the remake, actually. A lot more than the first J version. The Taiwanese version will stay my favorite, though, but this will be second best version I think. :-) Just one more ep to go!

I didn't like Oguri Shun in it. He was like a zombie the whole drama. >_< This one is still silly at times, but it has more of a serious feel kinda. I really like the cast, too, moreso than the first one. The characters are not as over the to but still funny.

Yeah, I have seen them too. This is the only one I was missing. :p My favorite version, though is the Taiwanese version, but I think this one will end up being my second favorite version. I think it's better than the first J version.

It's the same overall story and a lot of the same stuff happens in it, but it's still different. Also, I think Hana Yori Dango has the best Domyouji/Makino pairing. Actually, as much as I loved Lee Min Ho as Gu Jun Pyo, Matsu Jun will always be my favorite Domyouji. You just have to watch it and then you'll see. :-)

I really loved Akumu Chan. Also, what I am watching right now, Hana Kimi Remake. It is better than first Hana Kimi like I said. :p 3 Peace was really good and cute, too. You would probably like those. :-)

It is! I love both versions but that one is my favorite. I have seen the Taiwanese version of that one, too, bit I don,t like it like the J and K versions. There is a Chinese version too, but I have not seen it yet.

I would recommend watching Hana Yori Dango as your first J drama. :-) It is the best J drama in my opinion.

Jdramas are really good. :-) So are Taiwanese dramas. I have only seen one Chinese drama and it was eh, but I have a lot on my ptw list that looked like they might be good.

No, I have seen To the Beautiful You as well, though. Japan has another version besides the first one and that is the one I am watching now. Taiwan has a version,too and it's my favorite. Once I finish this one I will have seen them all. :-)

I am waiting for Monstar to finish airing. :p I don't watch currently airing dramas because I hate waiting for new eps. Right now I am watching Hana Kimi Remake. It's pretty good. I am liking it better than the first Japanese Hana Kimi.

You will really like Rooftop Prince. Like I said, soooo funny, especially first ep!

I read the synopsis and it just didn't interest me. I've heard Monstar is good. Are you liking it?
