#1.Will this remake stay true to the series or are they planning to add their own new ideas to the story? Just to clarify, doing such a thing isn't necessarily a bad thing. It was done with all the versions of Hana Yori Dango. However, my concern is that with the majority of the people behind this project not being actual fans of the series, it will end up just another CW-like fiasco and not resemble the original story at all.
#2. With the above in mind, will the story end up relying on sex as the appeal for the American viewers? One thing I loved about Boys Before Flowers is there was never any raunchy sleeping around like other American teen shows. I'm American and I have turned on my tv and watched. It would be a real shame if this project ended up like that.
