Two Weeks is AMAZING! It really keeps you on the edge of your seat and impatient for the next week's episodes. I highly recommend watching it!
No, Meteor Shower is the Chinese version of Hana Yori Dango. It's actually really good, too. I wouldn't go so far as to rate it above the original or the Korean version, but that's because they are my top favorites. But, it's probably right under them in terms of value. It's....kind of lighter and I think it's kind of more realistic, at least the characters come across that way, to me. Even the evil mother. There are enough differences in the story that it's like watching a whole new drama instead of the same Hana Yori Dango story again, but the core story is still there.

I agree! One of the main reasons I love that movie, besides the actual plot, is the beautiful use of colors, especially red.

I was watching it on the anime x app, which I think was loading it through gooddrama. The version I was watching was the third choice, because the others either wouldn't play or would stop midway.
Ok. So it starts out that he kisses her and she is all shocked but he says that it's no big deal and then says it's her fault because she says sweet things to her. Then, later, they have a lesson in the classroom with the kids, about the other humans who invaded the school. They are trying to figure out how the smart girl communicated with the one. She explains that it's similar to a mixture of Japanese, Chinese and Korean. That night, the teachers are standing in the hall and Asami is about to kiss her again, but a couple of the male students interrupt them to tell them that a couple of students are in another room making out. They go watch. :p The next day Mash is looking at the garden and sees that the plants are dying without water. I think that's about it.

Yeah, he is three. :D You will love Two Weeks when you finally get a chance to watch it! Also Time Between Dog and Wolf. I didn't cry when I watched it, probably because I was too busy drooling over Lee Jun Ki. Lol! I have only cried at One Litre of Tears that I remember. Don't feel bad about having so much to watch. Have you seen my ptw list?! OMG!!!! It is MASSIVE! >_< I add anything and everything I come across that looks even vaguely interesting. I think it's like 700 now? >_< I'll be watching dramas until the end of time!

Hahaha! Also, sorry. :p I got so carried away talking about music that I forgot to comment on Lee Jun Ki, which is a first for me! >_< lol I really liked Iljimae, too. Right now I'm watching Two Weeks which is AWESOME! It's so awesome that I completely threw away my rule of never watching currently airing dramas just for it. Also, when you get time, I HIGHLY Arang and the Magistrate. That's the one you were talking about wanting to see. It became one of my favorite dramas ever. I plan to rewatch it, at some point, because I love it so much. Another really great LJK drama is Time Between Dog and Wolf. It's more dramatic and action, but he's as wonderful and gorgeous as always and you get to see him do a lot of fighting.

Haha! I am 23 and have a kid, so I won't get mad if you call me ahjumma. :p I actually watch more kdrama these days, rather than Japanese, even though I am watching one J drama now, Long Love Letter, which is really good. A bit weird, but good. I do like Japanese music better, though, or at least like I said, I tend to prefer it. Arashi is like, the only pop boy band I like, though. :p Others I like are Gackt, The Blue Hearts, Ai Otsuka, Olivia Lufkin and Anna Tsuchiya. The Blue Hearts are actually a punk band, but their songs just always make me want to start jumping and down and screaming out the lyrics even though I don't know Japanese. :p Gackt is AMAZING! That man has the most beautiful, sexy voice I have ever heard. Go to youtube and listen to Last Song by him. Omg! *swoon* If you're lucky, you might can find the eng subs for it. The lyrics are really powerful!

I do, but you should know that it is NOT like other dramas at all. It's why I have really enjoyed it. It doesn't follow the usual drama formulas and is hard to predict. It's not a romance, but there is romance in it. There is a creepiness prevailing throughout, because of the plot, but underneath it all, there is quite a powerful message about how , as humans, treat each other, the planet, and life in general. I would say it's melodrama, but with touching, cute moments, suspense, and also sci-fi.

I am Cherry. I'm from the USA. I watched my first drama way back in 2005. It was the Sailor Moon live action because I love everything Sailor Moon. I didn't watch any thing else though for a long time. I did watch some j horror movies, but no drama. Then I saw 1 Litre of Tears in 2010 I think and really liked it. Next I watched Hana Yori Dango and fell in love. After that, I watched Boys Before Flowers and got hooked on kdramas, too. I don't listen to much kpop, but I do like some jpop and jrock, probably because I have always liked more rock sounding music anyway, or ballads. My favorite actor is Lee Jun Ki. I love that man! And umm...I don't know what else. Lol
