I hate the ending. I assume that Yeon Hee died after drinking the potion, but it was never explicitly stated that she passed away. I assume that was her ghost that Heo Jun met at the end?
I love Korean dramas but I've noticed that most writers tend to piggyback off of each other. A few years ago we were bombarded by noona dramas, two years ago we had a dozen dramas about time travel, last year it was supernatural themes, and now it's psychiatry. I don't see how this drama is any different from Kill Me, Heal Me; Heart to hearth; and Hyde, Jekyll, and Me.
Okay, sorry for writing again. But, is it only me who still wonder how she get out of the car? I mean, how could…
Na Young was presumed to have drowned. If you watch the accident scene you'll notice that she wasn't wearing a seat belt and that the car crashed beside a river.
This isn't the worst drama ever made. But it sure is extremely mediocre and completely undeserving of the ratings its received. I don't have a problem with the actors or even the overdone story line. But the problem is that the writers really failed to create likable main love interests. There's nothing outstanding or compelling about Kim Tan and Eun Sang that makes me root for them. Its sad when a viewer skips over the main leads scenes and finds oneself wanting to see more of the minor characters. (E.g. Young Do, Rachel, Kim Won, Hyun Joo) The only way this show will be redeemable is if there's an unexpected plot twist. In my opinion, that would be Eun Sang choosing Young Do or Kim Tan giving up everything for love.
I normally enjoy both Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho but the writing in this drama is awful. I'll stick it out for a few more episodes but I'm starting to think that this was way over-hyped.
