For me. he IS a stalker but not in the fabric moving part. How is it possible that he knew about the shooting? And how is it possible that wherever she is, he will come? I don't think that her friend always tell him their whereabouts, so how is it possible? In the fabric moving part he was going to help her because of her friend, naturally they didn't call Si Chen. But it's too awkward that he appears everywhere no matter the moment.
