You can't compare something like that.
Both characters were representing the same thing - the people who wished for freedom - while remaining anonymous. Both Fawkes and Bridal masks weren't protagonists who wanted to become famous, but to become martyrs and pillars for the bigger cause.
Trying to dismiss what one another did for a cause of a silly contest is scandalous and atrocious. It's like if you were trying to critically review the biggest crimes in human kind's history and then try to make a list about who did the biggest one while dismissing the "lesser" ones. What the Rome in the ancient times is what the Third Reich did during our times, but both are as equally and significantly evil doings; you cannot simply dismiss the history.
And so is with both aforementioned characters - both are trying to do the right thing to save the people with a reason, not a blood shedding war.
So, those guys are basically quitters, eh? You know, the subs you guys are talking about; these that appear hours…
That's what we call quitters. You all can believe in the world of pink and rainbows or whatever world you live in, but what those people did was nothing else than just plain "we don't want to play anymore because you're better than us, and we're too lazy to do more" thing.
femmedesneiges - I don't have to be grateful for someone's work. He has to be grateful to have a work. I can be respectful for one's work. And as I am with them;
KatKenzie - there's a lot of difference between quitters and retired people. Retired people, are those who accomplished something in their lives. Sometimes they don't want to retire, but they have to. Quitters just QUIT doing something because of an obstacle that in their minds they cannot overcome;
Mrmz - a group of people isn't a PERSON who can change "interests" or "hobbies" or whatever. They are a GROUP, an association, so yeah, they were lazy to improve.
So, those guys are basically quitters, eh? You know, the subs you guys are talking about; these that appear hours after episode's been released, are as bad as it gets, right? Readible, yeah, but grammatically disgusting, and most of the times not giving the right feel of the situation. You guys could just pick up the first translations and make those better ones - create a branch at your subbing group for "initial releases," allow those subbers that make those atrocious quick subs into your group, release those initial subs, and then work on those to become better. What's the problem with that?
Well, if not you, then the other groups will do such a thig, it's not like quitters will be remembered in some other way than sentimental.
This is one of these dramas that just are a must watch title. Uchino Maasaki again amazes with his great and moving acting, and the story itself gives no other impression than satisfaction.
Nope, it won't be the same Sun Woo, it'll be Sun Woo from another timeline - the timeline in which he, as a young Sun Woo have met his older self Sun Woo, but since they met, which naturally shouldn't had happened, from that point onward they became different people the young Sun Woo will not be the same as Sun Woo who saved him, and will not go back to the past as his self from the other timeline did, because everything is different in little ways, and big ones.
