I like slice of life dramas but this one was pretty boring and forgettable to be honest. Maybe I would have liked it a bit better if the female leads were better/more charismatic (just my personal opinion, ignore it). Im Shi Wan is always wonderful!
Alright here are my 2 cents. It is a good movie that you can enjoy with your family, but it could have been better. The story is nothing new and that's actually fine, BUT they really needed one or two HUGE twists to the plot. There just had to be "something more" to it, but it never came. This was disappointing. Also I felt the space battles were hard to follow and get a grasp of what was happening.
The production values were out of this world. Must be the most expensive Korean movie ever(?). Its a good watch and I do recommend it, but also a bit frustrating that it didn't turn out to be that true masterpiece considering the cast and all money spent on the project.
Don't want to be a party pooper but really wonder what people liked about this one so much. There are only like 1-2 interesting characters in the whole drama everything else feels like filler, there is no story either. Still the interactions were cute from time to time. I would rate it 7.5/10. People are saying it should sit at a 9/10 close to signal, My Mister and stuff? Big yikes from me.
I only watched 2 eps and does it get better? I didn't feel any real entertainment value from the first 2 eps and felt nothing for the characters either. Guess it gets alot better as the rating is 8.5/10....?
Yeah this drama was super good! Sweet Home has some of the coolest scenes I've ever seen in a TV show.
BTW am I the only one who thought the CGI got alot better in the second half? Some of the scenes in the last episode for example could have been taken from a high budget Hollywood blockbuster. Kind of wanted them to go back to the first couple of eps and improve some of the cgi here and there. Still did a fantastic job all around!
Both Alice in Borderland and Sweet Home are very similar when it comes to psychological, drama, horror, thriller,…
I live in Japan.. and I thought Alice had a strong start, then it turned into the regular cheesy anime-ish thing with alot of overacting and funny faces. Still enjoyed it!
This is so damn good so far, pure quality entertainment. Can't wait for next ep.
