Many users in here seem to have made it their "meaning of life" to never let anyone say anything good about this drama. Absolutely no one can enjoy it, and if someone writes a positive comment there just has to be an ironic comment how bad it is, or "I dropped it" followed by many likes. Quite pathetic... Use this "passion" for something constructive instead.

The letters were just a kid thing. She fell in love with Do San after they met, in the beginning of the drama they show that her heart beats fast after being with Do San. She never had any feelings for HJP at all, can't be helped, thats how humans work.
Its not a 1/10 drama (1/10 is ALWAYS a childish hate score imo), and it's not a perfect score either. I think we all have to meet in the middle and accept that it is just a decent drama that most people overall enjoyed. The opening couple of eps are 10/10, it gets slow in the middle with some questionable writing and the second half could have been better, but Start Up was always a good watch every week (I mean if it wasn't people wouldn't keep watching it). The finale was wonderful and even made me tear up.

People lost their minds over HJP/KSH not getting Dal Mi and trash on it, but they don't understand that Kim Seon Ho himself wouldn't like that people trash on a project hes putting his heart into, he would be very disappointed in you all.
