You dropped drama even before it enters into main storyline. ML will get character development and he will regret everything. Second half of this drama is much better than 1st half but only advice is don't take characters too seriously.

As they work together for years, there will be some kind of affection but it doesn't have to be romantic. I need dramas like that. Something refreshing from ordinary.
