True it's possible... but that theory is still not convincing... If that's the case, when QS died twice before (after walking out of the Sword Cave in Ep 1 and after being killed by the Sword King), there should be scenes in the modern world where the doctors revived him). Then the last scene when his HR dropped and doctors running would possibly a positive ending. Still, the system reset and QS would be anywhere and anytime in the wuxia world and MM would still be in a coma...
