He still does not fear physical pain, but the driver threatened him with his pregnant wife (as you saw in the last episode), before that with blood draining you will see later in Ep 8 and 9. Those inflict psych/neuro pain.

Nope... Jun Woo saw Lady Yeoju and the bounty hunter first but he didn't have the chest pain. Then later he saw Ha Na and Crown Prince among the kidnappers, and right away he clutched his chest. Later he also said they are matched, same as he realized the Inspector-Samsoon and other couples.
