In the early episodes, we knew Toy injected something into Gale's neck on the murder night that made her lose her memory and took her into his home as if Gale never went to Chivas' home or that hotel and was picked up by Toy at the club. Although Toy didn't see Gale push Queen down, we assume he gave the injection since Gale was at the motel and thus also a suspect. I don't think Toy saw Gale killing Queen, if he did he would eventually tell the police. Somehow Gale remembered killing Queen but her secret is buried with the Professor's death.
