They kissed in Ep 10. Idk if they will kiss again after that. I only took a peek at the ending in the raw version so I know it's HE, but I watched the subbed episodes. No kiss in the final ep (24) but they tied loose ends.

I don't think that Fire Man is dead. He pretended to burn himself but probably burnt someone else's body. The fact that he covered his tattoo and quit his job, I guess he ran away after his tattoo was exposed. My guess is not only Senri, but Kazuto and detective are also looking for him. I think Kazuto survived from him and now he's out for revenge.
