Although I don't live or work in SK I don't think this drama promotes that. On the contrary, in this drama Shin Yu repeatedly told Hong Jo to deal with the office bullying, first, he gave her a phone number to the Ministry of Labor to file a complaint about the office discrimination. He also saw the organization chart in which she is responsible to 7 departments above and told her to clean that up. He basically urges Hong Jo not to be a pushover at work and fight the unfair treatment she received.
