Luckily we watch it since it started while it's currently airing. That poster is a huge spoiler, especially for people who will binge-watch it once the drama finishes airing. It takes away the suspense of whodunit and the fun of guessing games.
It's really good, I'm at Ep 9 now and although I have a big picture, I still can't guess some details.
Yeah, I'm kinda hinted readers with ages in the article (that comes from their official tvN account). Also because there are not many guys in their 30s in the drama so we can guess who is who. Since it's not a crime drama that usually seek who's dunnit, it's more thriller, after the revelation I'm looking forward for the thrill on how the perpetrators will get their punishments, if the main characters will survive, and if the killer will get punishment.

Yeah, these legal papers are sus. Ryu's parents faked Sung Hoon's birth certificate paper which makes him their real son. So the police, especially with the crooked Yeom as the chief, could fake the kids' death, too.

Did you watch Ep 12? It'll tell you about 12/13. Foot injury? Yoon Jae could get it from something else. Before, they tricked us that Ahn could be Yoon Jae since he limps (Yoon Jae fell in Ep 1) that turned out to be from something else.

Awhile ago I thought that Charles is #12, since the ages seems appropriate, like you said #2 and #13 age gap is 1-2 years only. Yeah, when In Sung told restaurant lady he's her son and Charles is standing outside is kinda weird. But if Charles is #12 and #24 is his brother (as the other kid from Center said), it's also doesn't make sense since restaurant lady only has one son not two. #12 and #24 were never seen bonded to each other at the Center.

If in the end of Ep 12 teaser for Ep 13, we won't really know till we watch it. The same when we are at Ep 11 and watched preview for Ep 12, we thought Baek tries to kill Sung Hoon in the hospital. The drama does a good job tricking audience. There is also a theory that Sung Hoon is adopted by a woman who probably also got her hands dirty in the Hope Welfare Center case 20 years ago. So targeting both son and adopted son of her is according to the plan.
24 is likely died. He was the boy who got hit twice by a truck in Ep 1, brought to Baek with blood gushed from his head.
