Hi, the long list of bans is interesting. Can you give me the source of Article 5 you mentioned? Original text in Chinese is fine. You can DM me if you don't want to put it here. My co-writer and I wrote an article on Brief History on Chinese Dramas in which we mentioned some bans. But the sources are articles in English, not the real NRTA regulations. A while ago, I also wrote an article on Chinese actors and there are some interesting discussion on their dramas that are shelved. So any original regulations as sources is appreciated. Thank you!

I'm glad! Yes it was overlooked at first because there were so many kdramas aired at that time, AND the low rating on MDL for some reasons people already talked about.

I'm just curious: why you dropped the K version? Well, I like the leads. Watched them in Meteor Garden 2018 (though I don't like that version it's draggy). So I may be bias. But their chemistry is great, since they collaborated before. The main plot is the same as the K version, slightly different side stories. Acting wise, you cannot compare Connor Leong with Yoo Seung Ho since YSH is a veteran actor. CL just started in 2018. Robot make up is better in K because Chae Soo Bin looks like a robot, meanwhile Sun Qian looks like a human.

I also have a guess, from the trailer, that ML discovers FL is a fake robot sooner than in K version.
