When I saw this article I was not familiar with the drama... but when I checked my PTW list, it is already there since last year... how did it get there??? LOL. Thanks for the fun article and the video link! You covered a light-hearted romantic comedy with a depth on the story. Keep bring them on! Probably will watch it soon, I need a break from the Koreans and the Chinese :D
Unfortunately this movie caused Rebecca Tang to be banned for a few years by the Chinese government to play in any movie/drama or being an endorsement model. I found it when I watched her romcom Finding Mr Right.
He is handsome, he reminds me of Chinese actor Run Chen. Though I think he may succeed as an actor but I am glad he made a lot of OST and his voice is amazing. If he wants to focus his career in music, so be it. Looking forward for more of your articles on musicians behind movie/drama OSTs!
thanks for the reply. I was looking if there is any website where I can watch it either subbed in English or raw. But it seems like it's hard to find it online
I'm in and so far I'm a little disappointed that Mingyue doesn't have a little more ability in fighting/horse-riding…
I was thinking about the same thing, the director should put shots of her strength in the drama instead of ridicule her of her bad cooking skill, lol. Like the scene with shooting 3 arrows that was cool
Have not watched the Bad Guys, but I definitely hailed Goblin (a rare 10 of my rating) and F4 from Meteor Garden 2018. In fact, watching those four guys' antics got me thru that annoying drama (bad romance, dragging, PPL, bad ending, fillers, etc etc docked down the rating to 7.0 from me). Will check out other bromances mentioned here since I have not watched most of them, especially School 2013 since Lee Jong Suk is my fave actor. My other fave bromances are: - Trio Li Qian - Khong Zen - Jin Yu (Allen Fang, Leo Dong, Li Jin Yang) in The Love by Hypnotic (although the romance is also passionate and the sismance is super cute) - Tang Jia Nan (Wang Rui Chang)and his assistant A Jiu (Wang Jia Meng) in Fall In Love (I think they have better chemistry than the actual romance) - The male historians in Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung (although it also have a sizzling romance, a delightful sismance, and other great relationships) - Goo Yong Ha (Song Joong Ki) and Moon Jae Shin (Yoo Ah In) in Sungkyungkwan Scandal (again, I think it's better than the actual romance) - Also, since Moon Embracing the Sun was my first drama completed I almost forgot about the heartbreaking bromance between King Lee Won (Kim Soo Hyun) and Yang Myung (Jung Il Woo)
