I came for Sam Lin and was not disappointed. But i must admit, it's kind of surprising that no one appears to…
Ikr... did you watch the episode where Michael and Ke Ke got lost in the forest? I laughed so hard on that Taiwanese 'black bear'... the whole company trip is hilarious!!!
Duh, that synopsis by iQiyi practically tells the whole plot!!!
I don't think this is romance, tho. FL is engaged to a general (SML) and they like each other. ML has someone who loves him. There is a romantic vibe between ML and FL in the end but doesn't go anywhere. However, despite not having much romance, Lu Zhao Hua and Yu Xuan Chen have great chemistry from the beginning to the end. Great acting on the body swap!
Synopsis modified from Baidu: Zhu Yiran, the inheritor of the Sushan spiritual cultural heritage project, and Shen Feng, an ancient city conservation engineer who just returned from overseas, work together to contribute their youthful strength to the inheritance of spiritual cultural heritage. The series is based on the thirty-year development and changes of the famous historical and cultural city of Suzhou and the Suzhou Industrial Park. It takes the protection and renewal of the ancient city as the theme, and innovatively integrates intangible cultural heritage such as Su embroidery, Song brocade, Kesi, Pingtan, and Kun opera, to demonstrate the creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional culture.
Synopsis per Douban: Break through the worries of life one by one, and conquer the love hurdles one by one! "Please Fall in Love with Funny Me" [my note: This is the actual translation of the native title] invites you to embark on a journey of finding love. In a fun life, you should also love wildly!
In the past, I submitted several drama synopses I translated from Douban or Baidu, but they were always rejected with reason: they were Google translations. But my translation apps are better than Google, lol. Even if a Chinese native translates synopsis from Douban or Baidu it will be similar since the source is the same anyway. And I always modify them if they're too long, spoiler, or confusing. So I gave up no more submitting synopses and just put in the comment sections. They usually wait to add the synopses taken from the networks. But we the curious people don't want to wait, we want to know what the dramas are about to put them on our watching list or pass, right?
Synopsis per Douban: Tan Jing Tian and Jin Ling went to Thailand to participate in the student exchange program. They met Thai police chief Chen Vararillo due to a case of torture and murder of a missing girl caused by the smuggling of Indian national butterflies. The three begin to work together to solve strange cases, but bigger danger awaits them. While solving a serial murder case, it is discovered that Jin Ling has become the killer's next target.
Happy ending. Till the end, she never revealed to her father and Zhao Qing that she was Chu Zi Qian. It only implies that her father realizes she is his daughter. Zi Qian also has de ja vu moments, and that she has known him for a long time. The drama ends with both foreclosing the past by visiting Zi Qian's grave separately. She lets go of her hatred and buries her knife. He lets go Zi Qian and now loves Lin Yan. They later met, hugged, and kissed in front of the grave. This is like an instant reincarnation, lol. Not a transmigration, since it never tells about the original/past Lin Yan.
Synopsis per Douban: Although Yuan Xia grew up in difficulties, she always looked toward the sunny environment. Running in both directions with Wei Zi Qi, they travel through time and space. In countless parallel universes, they save each other and fall in love with each other again and again.
Synopsis per Baidu (modified to avoid spoilers): When cartoonist Gu Wen Hao returned to his hometown, an ancient town, he magically met Lu Ling, the villain character in his comics. She recognized him as Xu Zhou, although 'Xu Zhou' doesn't remember her. This Lu Ling is completely different from the villain in his comics and also knows many plots that the cartoon creator doesn't know. Later Lu Ling found out that she was not a cartoon character but a real person from ancient times. Lu Ling died after saving Gu Wen Hao in an accident. When he woke up, he found that he had traveled back to ancient times and became Xu Zhou, the person Lu Ling said he was. But in this time period, Lu Ling doesn't recognize him...
