I think maybe my comment was a bit vague. Sigh. Because I was complaining about the fact that this drama had black gangsters which is such a cliche. The male lead was overseas and I thought it was so annoying that they chose to have black gangsters because it's stereotypical and cliche. Maybe I was too heavy on the sarcasm in my comment.
Please don't hate me. This comment is based on 6 episodes. The lakorn is good but I expected way more from a project with Yaya and Nadech, I can appreciate Yaya's role, the princess has a great sense of self worth and pride and it's clear she loves her country. But I am a romantic and that's why I watch lakorns so regarding the chemistry between the 2 main leads. I get nothing like absolutely no chemistry, I'm not feeling it people whatever kind of special connection they're supposed to have feels contrived and completely awkward... that's when it's actually present. To be honest the only other lakorn I've watched them in was Game Rak Game Rai which I really enjoyed. But I've watched some really good lakorn this year, one that comes to mind is Bhuppae Sanniwat and that was a solid 10. Things are going to have to happen before this lakorn can even get an 8 from me. I mean I just don't get it including Yaya and Nadech this lakorn has an amazing cast, good solid actors but it's falling flat for me. I'm praying for a turnaround.
I'm watching the first episode right now and Thailand I love you but why do you have to give in to such cliches because of course the gangsters are black. I'll blame it on mainstream music and american TV shows. Dammit but I hate it. But I love Thai dramas so carry on I will!

LOL let me add that most veteran actors are signed to Channel 3, I mean there are exceptions but most of my favourite actors are signed to Channel 3. Bella Campen, Janie, Ken there are many more. If you like a lot of skinship in your thai dramas have a look at Weir's dramas. His dramas are kisses galore, his notorious for them lol. I call him the choob bandit lol

Rewatched this last week and I swear there's something seriously wrong with me lol. The part where she tells him now that he's got his real love back they don't have to see each other any more, better yet she doesn't want to see him. And then he gets all offended and is like "you hate me that much huh? well just coz you hate me, I'm gonna make sure you don't leave me so your life can be miserable." I mean it's obvious he doesn't mean he wants her to be miserable, he just doesn't want her to leave him but is too proud to say so. But that scene gives me tingles every time lol. Sigh.
