People shouldnt only focus on the beautiful romance and kissing scene, people should realize the life lessons this show offered. Focus on the marriage part, the sudden pregnancy to the wedding ceremony. Im sure we witnessed so many grand weddings in our lives and how young couple put too much pressure on them to have the wedding blast of a lifetime. Alot of people drain savings or pressure families to have that one spectacular day buy the essence of having it is not the same for all. Though couples have different stories and priorities im not saying theirs is the best. But in Road home u find them not doing it traditionally but they know by heart they have forever to put things properly in the right time. Like the formalities are formalities they have that confidence in their union to last a lifetime. I just feel young couples should really watch this and understand the journey by heart. That goals and circumstances should compromise to have that peaceful ever after.

Seven Tan is really outstanding i always love her. She has that charisma and no wonder she is well loved by so many. Im glad she accepted this drama it suits her well. Well done to Jing boran too. I must admit he invested so much emotions on this drama compared to his previous works.

He has fair share of regular projects. Maybe what the above comment meant is that she hasnt seen projects that really made it big. I feel the same. It's the choice of projects i guess. But all actors i believe decides which drama they want to play into. No doubt he is one of the best actors in his generation.

Of all the stars in chinese industry, that secrets came to light, this guy right here deserve my respect. His live statement on his previous marriage was very manly. He didnt try to dramatice his past to save his image but he was straightfoward. He was more concerned on his ex wife and the innocent child. He seems concerned more on his ex family than his own. I salute this guy

I love the cast, theyre one of the many really talented actors in k industry, but the story is kinda hard to handle. As much as i love the chemistry and booming romance i dont feel butterflies for them. I feel sadness for them. Im kinda glad the ex part is now finally fading coz i really dont get why add her part when everything is already twisted to begin with. Regardless if others find her part necessary to explain how he is in his present self, i feel you are giving too much credit for another evil character. Maybe its just me or i dont know. This kind of plot usually happens on 50 or 100 length dramas. No offense i will still watch till the end

Cant wait for the wedding scene

He is really good whichever role he plays. The downside are the dramas he played as main. The writers tend to really complicate the plot and gets lazy at the end. Most if his dramas starts off really good and so promising but somewhere in the middle till the end it gets really chaotic. Royal rumors kick off strong too we will see how it goes

She is a very good actress. Seven may not be the typical beauty and that what makes her special in her own way. She has done so many wonderful works in the past. She builds good chemistry whoever she is paired with.

He is always a victim of bad writing

Jeremy tsui has proven his worth as an actor but i really notice he seems unlucky in picking his dramas. He is the type u will remmber his name as an actor but not any drama that gave him the name. I dont know maybe it's me. But most if his works starts good but writing turns chaos somewhere

Just finished watching. The ending didnt change my feelings at all. Though of course we all wanted a reunion of them all. Nevertheless, i loved how they displayed the healing, forgiveness and unity amongst family and other entities. Wudai and beast prince got their love at the end. Love to see both leads bicker while waiting for the love of their lives. The father found people to rely on to. The sacrifices of his daughters brought him honor and humility at the same time. The emperor redeemed himself in the end. Ye tan's last scene was also well done, her gratefulness and sense of responsibility was really conveyed. Her love for him and for her friends were genuine that shw gave up her life for them. There is really nothing to complain about if you watch all episodes sincerely. This drama is really brilliant from start to finish. It gave me the closure i deserve and i can always make up my own imagination of how their lives will be when they are finally revived; peaceful, full of love and contentment.

Its really true if ur fan of wuxia or xianxia dramas this plot is nothing new. What really made this outstanding is the execution of every actors; the anger, laughter, the fighting scenes, the love lines, forgiveness and etc are mostly heartfelt. The sequence of events and locations is also not headache to watch. When u find urself not skipping scenes even after rewatch really means it captures the heart

There seems to be a leak of how the drama unfolds. I just hope they will give enough time for the reunion of all. Unlike lbfad it ended when he ressurected
