Lee do hyun is indeed a gem in kdrama industry. He is really gifted. From humble beginnings he made this far is a reminder that our past will never define who we can be in the future.

The drama is marvelous. To say it's good is an understatment. Would have loved to see this in 16 eps, i cant have enough of the whole cast. For me everyone contributed equally to create a timeless masterpiece.

What i love most in this drama is it hit so many points from love, parenthood, marriage, careers, dreams, failures, money, power, karma and so on. It was conveyed systematically without messing the plot.

You love and hate the mother it does live with the title. But the mother's ultimate love vendicated her. We all go through different process but as mothers we only want what is best only we dont know the exact process of doing so. Id like to throw big thumbs up to the the writer, director and whole production team. Keep good dramas coming. I pray these gifted people will continue producing wonderful masterpiece such as this.

I love how straightforward and decisive the FL is... this was the most mature statement from an FL to second ML. No room for hope no room for chances no room for thinking. She being fair and being honest. Unlike other dramas that gives the love triangle too much room to interfere with their lives.

Thats up to your imagination. The husband is full of regrets after the divorce .. he maybe an ashole but i dont think he will nor the mistress allow the children to see how losers they can be in the end. What u see in the end is them being civil considering their profession

They broke up too and focused on separate careers. The mistress left the hospital and run the hospital founded by her father.

I understand some frustration on the drama as it wrapped up today. But before anything else i love the drama.

I feel the last few episodes missed so many points. Or maybe alot was going on that even as viewers i find myself rethinking exactly what fell short. The divorce happened as i wanted it to be. The kids instroduction to half siblings wasnt really given attention except for the 2 girls. Jeongmin had no screentime with his half sister a little bit of that part would have been nice though not necessary. No one ended up in the end other than acceptance that non of them can be together. Though i hated the Husband character till the end for me he is always a loser to begin with, but his breakdown part was done well. He really didnt deserve the love and time of both women. In the end they chose to just live the remaining of their lives as decent people. They wasted so much years for the loser.

I think 16 episodes wasnt enough but still the drama deserve its rating. Alot of life lessons were expressed in the last few episodes

What's with the rating? The leads did a very good job. They delivered well on this movie. The acting of arthur is soo good that i cry when he cries. The FL equally played well too.

Too many good dramas airing this june.... im affraid ill delay many things in my life this June hahaha

I understand she is a guest character with no relation to the children. Just let her character pass with out displaying bad memories with her. She will be a memory in the end for the couple.

U r right but still some actions says otherwise. Infront of ur wife you let ur ex hold ur hand.... this is the stupid part we are discussing about. Respect your wife regardless. They just sorted their feelings. Doing that will make the other insecure. Thats reality. As i said lets see how long they let her cling on him this way.

The drama is so promising to be begin with. I love the kids hope the director just focus on building the foundation as family. Let the title of the drama align with the series of events. To build a family is challenging to begin with .. outsiders characters are really not aligned to the purpose of the drama. Though the ex character is listed as guest we will see how long they plan to keep her.

U r right sometimes directors think it makes the drama intense putting stupid scenes like that. Like characters have no self love or no pride at all or no respect to humanities. As if when main leads become chummy again that kind of scenes are forgotten. It is lame and stupid

The drama is simple made complicated to keep up with the 30 episodes:

1. Kids are twins. The father is a Song most probably his brother. The mother is a Qi most likely FL sister.

2. Both parents are probably dead the kids the kids were separated with the intention of bringing back together by fate.

3. The ex will only shake them for few episodes she has no big impact on the past.

4. The pool/billiard where in he reacted is only to mislead the viewers it was not about his ex but the sad memory of his brother.

5. ML unable to take about chenchen mother is not literally the refusal to talk about the mother but the pain of remembering his brother.

The drama is very predictable but i love it so far

I really love this guy. I want nothing less but good projects we can remember and rewatch from time to time. I know him as an actor but can hardly recall dramas of him worth rewatching. I did watch all his dramas and ff button is overused most of the time
