I am rooting for LYN's 7th Prince despite him being portrayed as the "villain" by the script. I think where most of us got hooked would be EP 3 or 4 onwards. Now I can't stop pressing the next episode button at the end of every episode. I gotta slow down. 😅

It was amusing after EP 3. I couldn't stand EP 1 and 2 and I too had come to watch LYN. It's not exactly slapstick, more comedic because the girl is modern and LYN's character is an ancient times dude. So manner of speech and attitudes towards kissing and handholding are different. And the game master is the script, so every time they try to do something outside of the script, they are forced to stick to the script with hilarious consequences. Like when LYN tried to kill the FL in EP 4. It was bad for him. LOL
There are some parts with the FL I find myself fast forwarding. So maybe if fast forwarding is a no no for you, then this should be kept for a later watch. But I have to say it is growing on me and LYN looks so handsome here too😍 and in EP 5 the cheeky FL tried to make him strip. 😏🤣😂

In the original script, ML was written as a villain and a jerk who used and caused FL's death. Yes, even now, ML has been trying to kill FL to silence her because she knows too much about him all thanks to her reading the script before falling into this alternate universe.
I think the comedy is in how the script forces him to save her now that it is the sassy actress who is in their world and not the original character. LOL Looking forward to see how all these events unfold.

Same...I am guessing it is either General Chu is the actual villain or it was a misunderstanding between 7th Prince and General Chu or FL's dad is the villain or someone in the royal family. May 18th prince isn't as ditsy as he portrays himself to be? For now it is still hard to say who is the villain. Yes, script writer is the villain did cross my mind too.

But I am guessing certain drama rules are in place like the ML will always save the FL from danger, and probably ML and FL will end up together rule. It is getting ridiculous and hilarious, and LYN looks dope as a villain.

Cang Xuan and FengLong are definitely out of the romantic race because XY sees CX as a relative, familial love and it's a "bromance" or diplomatic relationship between XY and FL for their respective country / clan.
