It seems like the Youku team wanted us to figure it out using the clues left for us. In the other video shared in "Interpreting The TTEOTM Ending", the other video explains those clues. And it totally makes sense that it is a happy ending or at least an open ending.

But hey, our brains were all mush at Episode 40. It was cruel to assume that we could see and figure out the clues by then. A picture paints a thousand words, Youku could have given us 15s showing TTJ together with his family, that would have removed a lot of unnecessary angst!

Anyways, to me TTEOTM is a MASTERPIECE. Cannot go wrong with LYX as the male lead. 🥰
