Ahahahaha...yeah! Beautiful show. I liked the princess's red costume when she first came out to meet the team. And Wang Duo's robes were very nice and both he and DL were looking fine and buff for their fight scene.
I think Guo Jing Ming the director has an eye for beautiful story telling. Hope he gets out of his mess soon. I would like to see more films from him.

It was a thing of beauty I thought. The story though cliche was beautifully presented. Costumes were nice too. The scenes where DL thought Mark Chao's character was being immoral was hilarious. By day surrounded by young men, by night surrounded by young ladies. Tsk tsk tsk....LOL
The end hit really hard because of the flash backs and when Wang Duo's character said he will come back and do the same thing, protect her. AWWWW.....ugly cry all the way for me after that. Loved it. Might go back for a rewatch. 😊
Did you watch the movie "Yin Yang Master: Dream of Eternity" starring Deng Lun and Mark Chao?
I was just thinking how EPIC it would be to watch TTEOTM as a movie format at the cinema and Yin Yang Master just popped into my mind. It was very unfortunate that the Yin Yang Master: Dream of Eternity director was plagued with plagiarism lawsuits that caused it to be withdrawn from the cinemas. If we were to just look at just the movie itself with CGI, costumes, makeup, storyline I think it was very beautifully done. Deng Lun and Mark Chao are obviously great actors and brought their characters to life and not to mention they look good in costumes. The support actor, Wang Duo was also brilliant and brought to life the 2 characters he played.
