For the direction this is actually the director style that he's famous with he focus a lot on the little details like how eyes, hands, any type of small movements express the feelings and the emotions of that scene like for example at the end of 3rd episode in the bike scene he focussed on Sooho's eyes so it means how he's not satisfied with the way his relationship with Youngro is and showed their feet and how Youngro's feet was moving it represent that she was enjoying it after it focused on how everytime when Youngro asks him and he doesn't reply how slowly she gets more and more disappointed with his reaction (his silence)through her eyes too (ofc her voice tone changed too which was perfect with everything) and then it focuses on their hands how she loose her hand from his waist and he gripes the bike's handler even tighter because of how much flustered he is For me that's a very unique artistic way of showing emotions i really like it not many people use it that's why :)
