I can't write a review about this drama without using the word "CLICHE." Yes, this drama is all about cliche scenes and storyline. Tbh, i don't have any plan to watch this before but because of the teasers I saw, I decided to give it a try. The story is something simple but they keep on turning things complicated. It also reminds me of "Noble, My Love", aside from Sung Hoon being the male lead, the story is somehow similar— both female lead have the same hairstyle and wearing a white coat (one is a veterinarian while the other one is a nutritionist), even the portrayer of Jin Wook's secretary plays almost the same role in both drama, they also have an illustrations/drawings every episodes and to say this again: they're both cliche. Out of all dramas i'd watched, this may be the most predictable one. The only thing I like about this is the chemistry between the leads, they don't really have a strong chemistry but they can make you smile whenever they're doing sweet stuffs. I recommend this to those people who enjoy watching a drama full of cute and sweet scenes.
It may be too early but I want to say congratulations Yoon Dong Gu for your comeback! I am a fan and it brings me so much happiness that you're hard works are getting paid off. Hoping for more projects and blessing. Love him so much!

One of the best saeguk I've ever watched. I love the cast especially the Hong Brothers. I also fell in love with the characters of Gil-Dong and Mo Ri. They're both adorable, I want to see more bromance but unfortunately it's already ended. I enjoyed my journey through the first up to the last episode. Thank you RTWSTP!
This drama deserves a higher rating, i didn't expected that i would love this so much. It's my first time watching medical drama so i watch this without any expectations. It turns out that this is one of the best (k)drama i've ever watch. One of my fav thing about this is the cast, all of them did a great job in portraying their characters especially Han Seok Kyu as Master Kim. He's such a great actor and i love how he deliver his lines with so much feels. I'm also surprised bc they maintained the excitement and intense feeling from the beginning until the end, there's no downhill unlike other dramas where the beginning is the only interesting part. The chemistry of Seo Hyun Jin and Yoo Yeon Seok are also on point (not to mention the kissing scene on episode 1.) I want to see more of them, 21 episodes (including the special episode) isn't enough for a fan like me.
No matter how many times I rewatch this series or how many adaptations I watched, I still love it so much. Too cliche but it's also simple and sweet. It doesn't need complicated plot and scenes to make someone happy. One thing is for sure, it will leave a smile on your lips and space on your heart if you watched this.
I also love the Korean version, they're both good and have their own quality.
Tbh, I don't have any plan to watch this but I just realized that I already watched it's all episodes. This drama made me love Seo In Guk, I first saw him on Master's Sun and I didn't like him at all (maybe bc of his character) but after watching this, I can say that he looks more adorable here. I like the story, it's simple yet fun to watch. The ending is also good, the only thing I hate is the fact that they met when they're both young, I think it's too cliche and it is enough that their life becomes connected because the incident of Bok Shil's brother and Louis. Anyway, it's just MY opinion. You should watch it if you like light and funny dramas.
The first version I've watched is the Korean version and I really fell in love with the story as well as the casts then my friend suggested that I should also watch the Japanese version so I tried it and like the first one, I also love the whole drama. I'm really a fan of this that I decided to also watched the anime. lol. I ship the main leads so much. I'm looking forward to see the Taiwanese version because they said that it is the best adaptation.
Are they really married? Based on the articles that I read they're dating for 9 years and planning to get married (it was posted 3 years ago (2014) btw.) I'm not sure if it was legit and if they really got married. The articles are so limited, I can't find any reliable blogs/websites about their relationship. I'm shipping them so much. So are they married now in real life or what? :)

The is the best DRAMA ever, it totally beats Bridal Mask, Secret Garden, Signal, Boys over Flowers, City Hunter,…
Everyone has their own taste and opinion. I love Bridal Mask and Healer, they aren't overrated in fact they both deserve better. So please, respect other people.
Am I the only one who isn't disappointed that Moon Chae Won will be the female lead? I love her so much since I watched "The Princess' Man". I admit that i didn't watch WLFKBJ yet but I'm already a fan of "swag couple" and I understand that some of you are still shipping them. But MCW is not just pretty, she's also a great actress so please people, don't hate her just because you want LSK to be the female lead. Anyway, I'm so excited to watch this but seems like I need to wait a little longer since it will start airing on December 2017. lol
I will watch this because of PBY and Ji Soo. But why is he always a second lead? Please give him projects that she will end up with a girl because he deserves it :(
I also love the Korean version, they're both good and have their own quality.
