Since he's had an unhealthy obsession with her for too long, I think it's good that he finally gets to get this out of his system. I don't feel sorry for Erena cause she's the one who convinced him to be in that type of relationship with her in the first place. She should have assumed that he didn't get rejected. I agree it's beyond not cool that her husband hits and treats her like that, but a girl like her could have ended up with someone that treats her well. She chose to not to. However, I think that short glimpse of how her Mother is could play into her twisted personality. Instead of listening to what she had to say, her Mother dismissed her feelings and told her to go back to her "job" of being a housewife. Kaoruko, she would be the person I feel he needs to be with the least. She's done nothing outside of work there and offer biting commentary. Hasn't gone out of her way to do anything for him, hasn't supported him in any way, and is just a bitter bitch. Why should he be interested in her in any way? Honestly, he could end up with no one and I'd be fine. All 3 of them are manipulative in the own way.

Gaga, I feel the same way. I didn't like her in the beginning either, lol. She grew on me, too, but I'll turncoat if she goes bitch-mode on Soo Kyung. He kissed totally kissed her, and not the other way around one bit.

And you were right about last week's preview not really spoiling this episode. I should have had faith in the story to know there must be something good then. That gave us something totally unexpected. :-)

Yea, and the worst part seems to be she goes total bitch-mode on her now. That's sad seeing how she tried so hard to be her friend form the beginning and will kill all that over a guy that already turned her down. :sadtrombone:

I know they wore pajamas in the anime/manga, so I need an example not based off an anime/manga. You know one where a writer wrote the drama and included pajamas in a scene. LoL

I'm with you on that. I mean, if you almost died and almost lost the job you've been working years to get, how bright are you to get messed up again? This last time, I'm all thinking to myself... maybe she needs rehab, lol. Yes, it has definitely gotten very old. And scenes like the gum one on his pants, really? In the middle of the hall after people know you woke up in the men's staff room from being drunk again? Ok.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaa? @ the previews for ep. 8. And, I'm really starting to wonder about whether I've ever seen a character in a J- or K-drama actually wear pajamas to bed. They're always going to sleep or waking up fully clothed, looking like they just came from having tea at a cafe. Anyone else notice this?

I just realized the "Heirs" nod Park Joon Geum made in episode 9. Even though I laughed when she said, it just came to me out of nowhere right now what it really was. Well played, especially since she's playing Choi Jin Hyuk's actual mother in this show. Well played, indeed.
