That Black guy spoke so properly to be a thug and I need them to look up American fashion in the 90's --that white evil guy looked like he stepped off the set of an Eminem music video. Where in this country would kids be begging like that on the streets in droves and people just passing them up? Foreign kids, too. This isn't "Great Expectations", lol.

Aww, I think I spoke too soon. After ep.1, I'm disappointed with the change in her face.

I felt she looked kind of different in Iris 2, but now she just looks like almost a completely different person. Her face had so much character before. Now that I've seen ep. 1, she looks like a generic plastic doll. I'm so disappointed.

I think I have a girl crush on Lee Da Hae. I want to watch everything she's in. I love her as an actor.

Cause you know he never does, right? LoL. I was thinking that as soon as I saw this. He didn't even get the girl when he was in a Japanese drama. I was like, geeez, Jae! Forever alone in two countries of dramas, lol.

Never fails. First you see Tae Kyung, then you die! Ok, wtf with this episode. Just wtf? Nothing makes sense anymore. Nothing. The prosecutor saw them Kim Do chase them in the kitchen when they thought he had the witness AND demand he hand over his evidence. THEN, there's a blackout, the witness gets killed... but he's still like,"Is Kim Do really involved?" They've made him stupid, too. I mean, that long unnecessary pause before saying names just let everyone know what was going to happen. But the other prosecutor's story of why Tae Kyung killed Lee Chul Kyu just made everything go to pot. Who beat up Tae Kyung then? All those people there and rocky sand, yet no evidence of anyone else being there?? Yea OK. The actor HAD to have felt stupid even saying it. Why do they keep letting Tae Kyung live if he's such a nuisance? That female cop has no life. Why would you pull out the device to look at it in the bathroom? I think I've finally given up and will defect to recaps for this show.

Yong Hwa! Even though he has a bit of type-casting going on, he still does a great job at evoking believable emotions when it comes to his characters. Whether it's desperation, loneliness, empathy, joy, or frustration, he rocks at conveying all of these.

So many parts made me laugh. And that female cop... you have nothing invested in this but your stupidity and curiosity! You want to reveal the truth? We don't believe you, you need more people! LOL!!!
Why couldn't they all have just stayed at a hotel across the street from where the press conference was going to be held?
Why does the Secret Service create a whole report (visuals and all) on their "secret" actions for the day that, apparently, are easy to access and print out?
If everyone knows the "secret" codes, what's the point of having the codes?!?!?
I just wait until the end of the week to watch both episodes with a drink in head and ready to laugh.

I don't care for the Akemi character at all, she can definitely go, but I still like this goofy show in general. I'm a fan of dry humor, and I love Hiroshi's delivery. And I wasn't expecting much from Shunya, but he has me cracking up at times. I had to watch this one funny scene of his in ep. 2 like 3x. Even when I think back to it I start laughing.

Doesn't he have such a sexy voice? I wonder how he sounds when he speaks English, if he can, that is. I hope it wouldn't be disappointing like so many others.

I'm with you. I fast-forwarded through so much of episode 18. The characters have gotten weak. I'm not going to even watch the rest of it. I'll just go read the recaps.

I say just watch it and decide for yourself whether it's worth your time. It seems this one is a matter of taste. I stay rolling my eyes and complaining each episode, but I'm still watching it, aren't I? LoL
