If you only stay superficial you can judge people but who are they really? The drama shows that we quickly judge a person without knowing everything. I personally loved the writing but maybe you'll see it after more episodes. I think it gets better and better. And things make sense like a puzzle.

Maybe it's not a show for you because even in the beginning they show that FL is not a bad person or stupid one. She is slacking off from others point of view but she is in fact helping them.
