The drama is only halfway through so ratings are not final. But, in general, this drama is a bit formulaic/cliched…
I'll have to think about it. Recently I really loved Guardians of the Dafeng. The love story is minimal but still good and the action and humour are 100%
She's just a girl acting her age. I don't think she's not smart?
You're not the only one saying that she seems naive and not smart. But honestly, I haven't seen her this way since the beginning. I thought she was really brave from the very start so I'm a bit surprised by this comment. I'm not sure she really changes though.
I wish people stopped saying this because it was my first time seeing him and now I don't know if I should watch…
Yes, as I said I don't mind sad endings. It's just than when I know the ending, it ruins the experience for me. That's all. I'll definitely try some of his work later.

I think she's quite brave and at least she tries. That's what I love about her. You'll see her having a break down after an attack but before that, even if she was afraid she tried to fight back. I remember in later episodes that I told myself she was acting in a realistic way. Crying or being afraid doesn't mean you're weak.
In the fantasy department I recommend Warm on a Cold Night as well.
