My take: Whenever Wei suo wanted really to stop, ChiCheng stopped. It's the way they communicate. Wei suo was willing to have sex but he's not willing to accept that he is on the receiving part. I didn't feel that he was forced at all. But I understand that it's not clear if you don't study their dynamics. After being discovered, he was only ashamed because his friend saw that he was bottoming but not traumatized that he was forced.this is the way I see the scene and their relationship. Every time Wei Suo was really against touching or more, Chi Cheng stopped.

I felt the same thing watching the scene. Wsw says no everytime but he wanted to do it. Whenever he says no and he means it the action is stopped. They have a weird dynamic but they understand eachother. And when XS discover them, you can see than wsw was only feeling bad for being discovered but not because he was having forced sex.
