I liked the breathing, it's the thing I prefer in this kind of scene because in reality, when people are excited they breath like that. I prefer that to full nude scene . That's why I thought they did a good job with this scene overall. Except too much transitions effects.

He seems to have a playful, caring and cheerful personality on the BTS. But you can feel underneath that he is very sensitive. I also discovered this actor with this drama and I wish him the best for the future.

In very big productions as well, it's always dubbed. Some famous actors are known for always voicing over their dramas. And some never do. As other commenters said, it's because of the noises on set or accents. If you check in the cast section here, you'll see the voice actors 🤗 Only Zi Yu did his own voice.
