The romance feels awkward, actually. I can't see any romantic chemistry between them but I like them as partners bc it's meant to be unbalanced. I thought I was the only one thinking like this. About MGY I never saw anything with her, I liked her first episodes but now I think she's using the same 'poor me' expression a lot and idk if it's the character...

First of all WTCB and Tale of Nokdu are my fav dramas of this season so this is not a hate comment. If we look at this all without any feelings, it's episode 36 and we have 0 character development... More like rollercoaster development when every Thursday episode they make some major statement about changing and growing up and being stronger and then next week they completed the same scene with the character stepping back from the statement. JangRyeol didn't get a divorce, Jessica didn't even go to Milan, YongSik didn't get laid, DongBaek is still the same shy and pitiful woman, YongSik mother is YongSik's mother we can't even make excuses for her, Dongbaek and her mother is like hot n cold I mean, pilgoo is a spoiled brat at age 18, we knew about heungsik since episode 8 (I mean episode 8 out of 36) and a whole lot of awful and ugly crying. And you know we can say that 'oh but joker wasn't the main plot' but it was a big MAJOR deal at the beginning... I don't even know if I want to end this episode 36).

I dropped at ep 11 (I didn't even finish it after him saying her sis couldn't be loved bc she was a mess, that was too much of a trigger for me) but I confess I like the cast too much I keep coming back here to see if it's worth it to watch the remaining eps after this ends but I guess I won't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Woah that's sad bc I really wanted to watch this actor :( I hope o have other opportunities... GSenjou, Shiyakusho and Hidarikiki? But you know jdramas are slow paced and we have to wait for subs eternally T-T but so far I'd recommend them.

I had the same problem. Close and open the app or check for updates. My problem was gone after I restarted the app :v edit: they released an update for iOS fixing the subtitles :v

They reached 20% of ratings yesterday so I think if they could they'd surely find a way to stretch it to 46 episodes (≧▽≦)

You know abandoning an autistic adult is the equivalent of abandoning a child, right? Let's love characters but not try to protect them when they're written to have flaws. What I said is I can't sympathize with this character, even if she's a main character, even if I like the actress. That's my opinion and I shared it with someone who has the same opinion as I do why are you trying to show me excuses for her abandoning an autistic person? >< lol she abandoned her sister and now she's literally with garbage all over her trying to save an autistic kid from another family bc she's feeling guilty. Also about MaRi I didn't even mention her background I just said she told the truth and the truth hurts blablabla. TLDR; I really get your point but don't try to convince me I have to sympathize with a character just because you think having a tough life is an excuse to abandon an autistic person.

Just came here to tell exactly this. I can say it's really toughto be in that situation but she simply left her there. She didn't even get desperate when the train took off. I know sometimes we do stuff without thinking bc we are really angry but normal people regret instantly and get crazy trying to fix things... The face she did when the train took off... And now she's all sweet trying to help women and autistic kids... I can't sympathize with her anymore either. The things MaRi told her wouldn't have hurt if they weren't true. MaRi was harsh on her words but she simply told the truth. Also in my country she would've been arrested for abandoning a person with such disorder so I kinda grew up knowing it's utterly wrong to do this so I can't. She judged Jung Hoon father for giving money a higher importance than her son when did the same bc she was pissed she couldn't have a date with a guy who was a jerk since he didn't like her sister... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
