I don't think Kim Do Ha killed her. He has guilt that she tried to kill herself. I agree with the statement that he has PTSD. He seems to have agoraphobia. And maybe he doesn't want her brother to find him again. He stabbed him once. Hence he is hiding his face and let's himself to exist only via his music.
As for his ex's body we don't know if she is dead or she is suffering from amnesia and hiding.
