my guess is, going by her expressions and the fact that we dont see them ACTUALLY get married, its her getting married but not for other reasons that being in love with him. In the mortal realm shot she's even seen looking longingly off screen, so im guessing thats what its about, a set up to cause drama in advance for the viewers, that will have a twist later on.

theres a lot i could say about your 'points' about the portrayal of her autism here, but i think it can all be summed up by you calling the non-autistic traits (deemed as such by you) as her being "normal". Grouping it as "normal vs autistic" is Really Not It.

gotta say, my biggest takeaway from this show, is that a show about a newbie actress and veteran actor falling in love would be really fun

it gets better and better with each arc, i hope you give it a try!

i personally think it got WAY better in the later arcs and way more worth watching, i honestly skip the first part when i rewatch, so i totally get your experience tbh!
