They were neighbors growing up, in Ep 17 Phoon mentioned that he has a sister then he tried to change the subject. That sister died and his dad blamed Phoon for it. Phoon is also the child of a mistress which his dad didn't want anyone to find out about. This is why Fah tried in the beginning but Phoon just kept ignoring him (at his fathers request, his father kept trying to transfer him to a different school but Phoon didn't want to, this was the compromise).

Well, from what I've heard the fan meeting Saturday and they also have another one in February were planned to help pay for part 2. If you noticed in part 1 there were no ad's like usual Thai shows, the show was self-funded by the director. He's planning to use the funds made from the fan meets to help pay for part 2. I also heard he may be looking for sponsors for part 2 and if it's doing well in Thailand it shouldn't be that hard.

The 1st 10 or so chapters of the FahPhoon story is a lot of Phoons back story and why we see the gazes from them in the current season playing. After that their story gets into them communicating again, Phoon apologizing about everything and them finally getting better. Fah is worse than Hill and Johan when it comes to Phoon after they get together. Fah is described as a wolf in sheeps clothing in the story and it fits him well.
As for Dao, yes, he is really like that. He talks to ghosts, he can read people's feelings, he has an imaginary friend, but has walls a mile high that Arthit works to break down. It's a cute story.
