tbh I had very high expectations from this because it gave me 20th century girl vibe but I believe this was beautiful in itself there's no need for comparison.
it's a classic cute high school romance with a happy ending and filled with beach scenes, trips, small town, a small friends group,all with youthful energy. the way both the main characters got into a relationship was beautiful.
no melodrama pure innocent of high schoolers.
a really good movie if you just wanna watch something fun, fluffy
